Market analysis can be wrong. Past market behavior, and any example, representative, or historical figures shown on this site or within the product, are not indicative of future results. No analytical system, including Sophrone, can predict market movement with certainty.

Scores and lifecycle stages are analytical measurements, not promises

Market Quality, Setup Quality, and Readiness are analytical measurements describing current market conditions as Sophrone reads them — they are not predictions, and a high score does not mean a trade will win or that any specific outcome will occur.

Setup Lifecycle stages (including READY) are descriptive analytical states reflecting how much confirming evidence has accumulated — they describe Sophrone's current read of the setup, not an instruction to enter a trade, and not a promise of any outcome. Stages can move backward or invalidate as new evidence arrives.

Pre-Trade Guide content is educational and informational — it translates the same underlying analysis into plainer language. It is not a buy/sell signal generator and does not tell you what to do.

Companion visuals and captured context (e.g. what the market looked like when you entered a trade) are informational and analytical, built from data you or your connected platform reported — they are a record and a mirror, not a judgment or a recommendation.

Your trading decisions remain your own

Sophrone does not place, modify, or close trades. It has no execution capability and no access to your broker account beyond what you explicitly choose to report through a Companion connection. Every trading decision — and all associated risk — is made solely by you.

Sophrone does not eliminate trading risk

Using Sophrone does not reduce, hedge, or eliminate the risk of trading. It does not guarantee profits, does not prevent losses, and is not a substitute for your own risk management, position sizing, and judgment.
